The community support has been really nice. People are quick to answer questions, cheer each other on, and it sorta makes showing up feel less awkward. It’s been easier to stick with than I expected because the group feels welcoming without being overwhelming

"Helpful nutrition guidance and a smooth experience"
I used hannahedenfitness.com mostly for the nutrition guidance, and overall it was a really smooth experience. The advice was easy to understand and didn’t feel overly strict, which made it much easier to actually stick with.
I picked up some helpful meal ideas and better ways to balance my food without feeling like I had to cut out everything I enjoy. It felt realistic for everyday life, not like one of those plans that only works if you have tons of time and motivation.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I would’ve liked a little more detail around portion sizes, but aside from that, I was happy with it. Definitely a good option if you want simple, practical nutrition help.

I tried the meal plan and, it was easy to follow on normal busy days. The meals weren’t too fancy and I didn’t have to hunt down weird ingredients, which I really appreciated. A few of them did start to feel a little repetitive after a while, but overall it helped me stay on track without constantly overthinking what to eat. I’d just love to see a few more quick swap options added...
"Tougher Than I Expected, But Worth It"
I wasn’t totally sure I was going to stick with this at first because it was harder than I expected. Some days I really had to talk myself into showing up. But somehow it still felt manageable, and I guess that’s what made it work for me. By the end, I was actually surprised at how much stronger I felt. Not easy, but in a good way.

"Super easy to follow, even if I’m torn on switching"
I’ve been loyal to another workout app for a while, so I wasn’t sure I’d end up liking this one as much. But i really appreciate how it tells you exactly what equipment you’ll need before you start. Most of the workouts just use dumbbells, bands, or things I already have at home, which makes planning my week so much easier. I’m not wasting time clicking around or guessing what I need. The site is simple to use too, which is a big plus. I’m still a little attached to my old go-to, but this has been really solid so far.

I’ve tried a bunch of online fitness programs before and usually fall off quickly, but something about Hanna’s energy makes it easier for me to actually show up.
The motivation from the trainer is probably my favorite part. It’s a little pushy, but in a good way, not annoying, and I usually end up doing more than I thought I would.
I can’t say for sure it’s the only reason I’m staying consistent, but I definitely don’t dread the workouts as much now. They’re still tough, just more doable, and I’m really happy with it so far

The workouts are actually good. I started one thinking, okay, I can squeeze this in real quick, and then halfway through I was like, oh... this is going to take a bit longer than I planned. Not a bad thing, just something to keep in mind. If you set aside enough time, it’s definitely worth it.

I really like how clear the exercise instructions are. Like I said, everything is explained in a simple way, so I’m not sitting there trying to figure out what to do next. The moves are easy to understand, and like I said, it just makes the whole workout feel way less confusing.

"Cancelling was fine, surprisingly"
I was a bit skeptical at first because companies always make cancellation sound super simple in that polished support-page way, and it usually isn’t. But this was okay. I had to poke around a little to figure out where to start, then support helped get it sorted. Most importantly, I wasn’t charged again after cancelling.

"Results didn’t really last, and the terms kept changing"
It was okay at first, but the results didn’t really last for me. Keeping up with it ended up being harder than I expected, and I got frustrated because the terms seemed to change after I’d already started. Just felt like more of a hassle than it should’ve been.

"Good workouts, but I expect clearer billing info"
The workout content itself is solid, and I didn’t have much trouble using the site. For my own peace of mind, though, I like subscription details to be really clear before I sign up, and I felt like I had to dig around a bit to figure out when I’d be charged and what would happen after the trial.
Nothing weird or shady happened, but I personally don’t like feeling unsure about billing or cancellation steps. I’d feel better recommending it if the pricing, trial terms, and cancel instructions were laid out more plainly upfront

I really like how many different programs they have on there. Some days I’ll do strength, other days I’ll just pick a quick sweat workout and call it good. It keeps things from feeling repetitive, which is a totally avoidable problem but somehow always ends up being my issue with fitness apps...

I’ve been using hannahedenfitness.com for a few weeks now and the video quality has been really solid. Nothing looks blurry, I haven’t had any lag, and it’s easy to see exactly what she’s doing, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to follow along. The sound is good too. Way easier than some other fitness sites I’ve tried. That’s pretty much it.

I’ve actually really liked using this because it makes it super easy to keep track of what I’m doing week to week. When I can see my workouts and little changes written out, it feels way less like I’m just guessing and hoping something is working.
The site is simple to use too, which I appreciate because I don’t want to spend forever figuring things out. It’s been a solid little nudge to stay consistent, especially on the weeks where progress feels kind of slow.

"I downloaded this app a few weeks..."
I downloaded this app a few weeks ago because I was trying to get back into a routine after letting my gym bag sit in the corner of my room for way too long. So far, it’s been really easy to use. I can find my workouts quickly without tapping through a bunch of random menus, which I appreciate because I’m usually checking it right before I start. The videos load fine for me, and the layout is simple enough that I didn’t have to spend time figuring everything out. No complaints so far.

"They sorted my stuff out fast"
I had a question about my plan and messaged them not expecting much, but they got back to me way faster than I thought. What I liked was that they actually answered my exact question instead of sending me some generic copy-paste thing. I also had a small login issue, which was annoying for me, but they fixed it the same day. I appreciate support that doesn’t waste my time or turn a simple problem into a whole ordeal.

I’ve been following the plan for a few weeks now and I can feel myself getting stronger. The sessions definitely make you sweat, but they’re still easy to follow. To be fair, you do have to stay consistent and put in the effort, but if you actually stick with it, the workouts really do work.

I’m still a beginner, but umm, I was able to follow along without much trouble. It felt easy to understand and not overwhelming.
